At HomeZone, we operate on a final sale basis. Due to the nature of international dropshipping and high cross-border return shipping costs, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence
  • Email us at homezone.shop2@gmail.com with your order number and photos
  • We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
  • No need to return the item — keep it, donate it, or dispose of it

What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind or wrong size/color ordered
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear after extended use
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping address
